Reviews

“Epson’s new dye-based 13-inch printer has style and prints large photos, but its black-and-white prints are less than perfect.” (CNET, 2007)

“Epson’s Stylus Photo 1400 is an affordable alternative, providing great prints that last a long time, at larger sizes that can make your photos look very impressive.” (MacWorld, 2007)

“As a replacement for the legendary 1290 workhorse line, this is a good quality printer but WCS-compatible drivers for Vista users and better profiles would be appreciated.” (ePhotoZine, 2007)

“The 1400 is aimed at serious amateur photographers. It can print spectacular photos at sizes ranging from 4-by-6 snapshots to 13-by-44 panoramas. If you want to print at smaller sizes, you can do that too, but 4 by 6 inches is the smallest paper it can handle, so you would need to cut it down to size after you print.” (CameraTown, 2007)
