
The T-Mobile Sidekick LX 2009 is a GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 / UMTS 1700 / 2100 MHz mobile phone that runs on T-Mobile’s USA 3G network which provides Internet connectivity. The mobile phone features the Sidekick’s swivel LCD with a QWERTY keyboard and bundles social-networking applications from Facebook, MySpace and Twitter. It also supports a 3.2 mega pixel camera with an LED flash, auto focus and video recording capabilities, that allows users to capture images and record videos and share with friends and family by viewing on the phone’s 3.2 inch 65 K color screen with 854 x 480 pixel resolution, or by the social networking applications. Users can also print them out or share them with family and friends by sending them to any e-mail address, T-Mobile camera phone via MMS and Email. The Sidekick LX 2009 also supports Instant messaging capabilities via Yahoo!®, Windows Live® or AIM®, allowing them to send and receive instant messages with Yahoo!, Windows Live Messenger, or AIM. It comes with a music player and GPS enabled version of Live Search that helps users find their ways around. Users can map their current location, search for nearby businesses, share favorite places via an integrated messaging service and check real time traffic, gas prices or movie showtimes. The Sidekick LX 2009 also supports Call Forwarding which automatically forwards calls to another mobile or landline phone number. The Call Forwarding feature can be used to forward all calls to another number or to forward calls only when a user is unavailable. When forwarding calls to phone numbers outside A local calling area, toll and long distance charges apply. Additional per minute charges apply to calls forwarded to another number. It also features data service which keeps users connected to everything that matters, with Internet access, e-mail, messaging, and much more; Call Waiting that lets users place a call on hold to make or receive another call. Note: Airtime rates, roaming and long distance (if any) apply for both calls; Caller ID that lets users see who’s calling before picking up the phone. Note: Due to public telephone network limitations, caller ID may not always be available; Conference Calling that lets users add a third person into any conversation.
