What is it with major brands unveiling or introducing their new products on social networks? Whatever happened to introducing new products the old fashion way. Needless to get into this argument; let’s get straight to the point, the renowned brand, Asus, has showed off a new custom designed Radeon HD 5870 graphics card.
The new graphics card will be called Radeon HD 5870 V2, according to Asus Facebook fan page. So like usual, since no additional info was released on the product online experts rushed to analyze what the new graphics card has to offer. According to Asus, they gave a word or two on the new card, Asus says that the new card is better designed than the ATI reference card and that it has been built with better materials for additional reliability and performance. From the looks of it, the new card seems definitely shorter. The fan seems bigger too. Aside from these small details, Asus has not yet released an official statement.
