Some of the enhanced improvements of the software include workflow authorization which prevents certain users from exceeding the budget that has been agreed by the company or volume limits or even purchasing options. The user’s interface appearance on screen also provides flexibility of a complex pre-flighting that enables users to immediately determine and resolving issues much earlier.
Apart from that, it also comes with Variable Data Printing (VDP) document design which includes PPML support, page previews for providing a fast, easier and much accurate soft proofing. Besides that, it also provides an enhanced workflow management options for supporting multi-tier cost centers enabling the organization to have a precise budgetary control.
