Two new color image scanners called the CanoScan LiDE 110 and the LiDE 210 has been unveiled by Canon USA. They come with high-speed options that do not mar the image quality. They come in a sleek and small design and the LiDE 210 is said to be the thinnest Canon scanner in the market. The LiDE 110 scanner has a color resolution of 2400 x 4800 dpi, whereas the LiDE 210 has a color resolution of 4800 x 4800 dpi.
The Auto Document Fix mode makes sure that the documents are clear and readable and the Auto Scan mode automatically changes the settings to make it identical to the original document. Scanning of thick books or materials is made easy with the Advanced Z-lid Expansion Top which can be raised to up to 20 mm which is on both scanners.
Canon boasts that these new scanners not only deliver superior results but convey the company’s assurance to create energy-efficient products. The scanners are also user-friendly and cost-efficient. The scanners comply with Energy Star ratings and are powered via a USB connector.
