Nokia finally unveils X3 Touch and Type phone

After months of waiting for this revelation, Nokia finally unveiled its new X3 handset. The phone comes with a unique look that features both a touchscreen and a keypad.

The Finnish brand explained that the X3 has been designed as such to please the needs of Nokia fans and phone users who want ‘the best of both worlds’. In other words, with the Nokia X3 phone, consumers wouldn’t have to make a choice between touchscreens and keypads. In addition, Nokia’s research team came to the conclusion that consumers enjoy using keypads and touch pads for SMS, instant messaging and chat.

Aside from being unique in its own ways, the Nokia X3 phone comes with a 2.4-inch touchscreen and a 12-button keypad. The phone comes with 3G, HSPA and WiFi. Not forgetting the 5-megapixel camera featured on the phone. Several chat and web applications are included on the phone and users can choose other apps through the Ovi app store.

Nokia has designed the phone in five colors which will definitely suit the taste of its many fans. It is thin and comes in a nice design that will surely make it a fashionable mobile among the ladies. The Nokia X3 Touch and Type will also be released in China, Ireland, UK, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, Spain, Portugal, France, Mexico Saudi and Yemen in the coming months.
